Food ordering & catering platform

Sedos Kitchen

An ordering and catering platform for a Nigerian food business, with online payments and a simple dashboard for the owner. Built while working as Lead Full-Stack Developer at TSL Nigeria.

01The challenge

Sedos Kitchen runs three very different services: event catering that is quoted per event, homemade meals, and food bowls that must be ordered 24–48 hours ahead. Customers needed a clear path for each, and the owner needed to run orders, menus and the website herself without technical help.

02Our approach

We gave each service its own journey: a guided catering request, a cart and Paystack checkout for meals, and notice rules for food bowls enforced on the server. Behind it sits a small, mobile-first dashboard where the owner manages foods, orders, catering requests, photos and website text.

How it fits together

Built with

  • Paystack
  1. 01Choose a service

Visitors pick event catering, homemade meals or food bowls from the homepage.

  2. 02Order or request

Meals and bowls go into one cart. Catering goes through a three-step request form.

  3. 03Pay online

Checkout takes payment through Paystack and the server verifies it before the order is confirmed.

  4. 04Track and fulfil

Customers follow progress in ‘My orders’. The owner manages it all from the dashboard.
